So grateful to Beth and Peter doing an outstanding job curating our trip to Costa Rica. The experience struck a great balance between adventure, wellness, and enjoying the country's incredible natural beauty and wildlife in the trees, the air and on the ground. The boot camp classes were challenging and energizing, providing a rewarding way to stay active throughout the trip. The waterfall hike was another standout experience—physically demanding at times but absolutely worth it for the stunning scenery and sense of accomplishment. The food was equally impressive. The vegan and vegetarian menu was thoughtfully planned, with a variety of flavorful and satisfying dishes. I never left the table feeling hungry, and each meal featured tasty, fresh ingredients. One of my favorite touches was the creative selection of fresh fruit juices and infused waters which were offered at every meal. Throughout the trip, Beth and Peter's attention to detail was evident. Everything was well organized, allowing us to fully enjoy the activities, the food, and the beauty of Costa Rica. It was a memorable experience that challenged, nourished, and inspired me, and I would highly recommend a trip curated by them.

ROAR Women’s Retreat – Costa Rica Review The ROAR Women’s Retreat in Costa Rica was truly one of the greatest experiences of my lifetime. Every aspect of the trip exceeded my expectations. The adventure was incredible—from hiking through the beautiful Costa Rican landscape to a stunning waterfall and jumping into the Pacific Ocean. We also enjoyed three energizing workouts that were both challenging and fun, helping us feel strong and connected throughout the retreat. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and full of fresh flavors. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and provided the perfect place to relax and recharge after each day’s activities. What made this retreat especially meaningful, however, were the people. The women who attended and the organizers created an atmosphere of encouragement, friendship, and support that made the experience unforgettable. The connections I made and the memories we created together are something I will cherish for years to come. If you’re considering the ROAR retreat, I cannot recommend it highly enough. It was an adventure, a challenge, a chance to grow, and an opportunity to connect with amazing people—all in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beth is a consummate professional coach, facilitator, and all around compassionate human. She doesn’t let you settle. Why? Because she has lived through and thrived past challenges we have all experienced…and she knows we deserve better than we allow ourselves. Her retreat was incredibly well thought out and bespoke. No detail was missed. Perfect balance of deep work, alone time, communal bonding, and fun. I would recommend anything Beth leads…and I would do it again!

Lisa, Thank you so much! I feel so blessed that you took the chance on coming without knowing me. Your review is incredibly meaningful to me because having talked at the retreat, I know that you have a high level of expectation both for what you do and what others put out into the world. Thank you for enriching the retreat and enriching my experience by being there. You and Orlagh, ROAD TRIP! xx, Beth

A bunch of women from all over the US came together for a week at Imiloa in the jungles of Costa Rica, and somehow left feeling like old friends. With Beth Chamberlin as our guiding light through it all, we spent the week eating incredible clean food, swimming in infinity pools that looked too pretty to be real, dancing like nobody was watching, hiking through the jungle, sweating through bootcamp workouts, spotting wildlife everywhere, connecting in workshops, and ending nights with movies and conversations with new friends. What made the experience so special was the people. Different ages, backgrounds, careers, life stories - and everyone just clicked. I learned something from every single person there. Huge gratitude to Beth and her family for creating something that felt like a retreat, adventure, therapy session, wellness reset, and grown-up summer camp in one.

Julie, Thank you so much for joining in on this adventure.. You were an incredibly important part of it. Your willingness to not only share your incredible travel knowledge with everyone, but also you jumping in to help, to get to know each person and to capture the most beautiful pictures really brought this to and extra level. It really means a lot to me that you enjoyed yourself. I know you have been everywhere so it is especially important that that the experience met your expectations. If I do this again, we do it together! Your choice of places. xx, Beth

It was a trip of a lifetime. I was nervous I wouldn’t fit in or be able to keep up, but I was so wrong. Beth and the entire group made me feel like a part of them from the first moment we met. They were so supportive , kind and funny. I learned so much about myself, and I will be forever grateful to be a part of this adventure.

Terry, It meant so much to me that you took the chance. I know that you were nervous, but I also knew that this would be wonderful for you. I am so glad you felt taken care of on the trip. We knew one another before this trip, but having the adventure felt like it brough our relationship to another level. I don't know when I will do something like this again, but we have to have a reunion! xx, Beth
